Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and 1 year experience in guest services, front desk, or related area.
• 2-year degree from an accredited university in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major.

Responsibilities

• Manages the Guest Relations function and resolves all guest issues while guests are in-house.
• Analyzes key metrics to help improve overall guest satisfaction.
• Coordinates Manager on Duty coverage for the entire week.
• Follows up with guests who expressed concerns to ensure complete satisfaction and tracks responses.
