Satel is seeking a Resident Relations Specialist to own the resident journey from handover to renewal. You will coordinate maintenance, housekeeping, and leasing, ensuring every interaction is logged and followed through personally.
Regular weekly visits and on-site responsibilities require composure, cultural fluency, and the ability to manage multiple cases with clear, proactive follow-up. English fluency is essential; Arabic is a plus.
We invest in selected assets and operate residential buildings and compounds across Riyadh, chosen by residents from every nationality and background to call home. We do not develop property. We take responsibility for what happens after the building is standing.
Most residents never write to say things are going well. They simply stay, or they quietly leave. This role decides which.
The Resident Relations Specialist owns the relationship between Satel and the people who live in our communities, from the day they receive their keys to the day they decide to renew. This is not a messaging desk. Every case you open is yours until it is closed, and the resident knows it.
The case. Every request, concern, and complaint is logged on arrival and owned through to closure, with a named next step and a date. Nothing sits open without a reason.
The follow-through. You coordinate maintenance, housekeeping, and leasing, and you close the loop with the resident yourself rather than leaving it to the team that did the work.
The early signal. A resident who has gone quiet, a complaint that returns, a change in tone. You notice it before it becomes a notice to vacate.
The visit. Regular time across our buildings and compounds, meeting residents and seeing conditions first-hand rather than through a screen.
The record. Every conversation and action is logged the day it happens. Work that was not logged did not happen.
The renewal moment. When a contract approaches its end, the resident should already know how well they have been looked after. That is your work showing.
You sit within the Operations Division. Leasing owns the commercial journey through lease signing. You own the resident relationship from handover onwards.
Client-facing excellence, proven. Several years serving clients, guests, or residents at a high standard, in hospitality, residential compounds, serviced apartments, corporate client services, or any environment where service was measured, not assumed. Direct resident relations experience is welcome but not required.
Ownership, not forwarding. You have held difficult cases from first contact to resolution yourself, and you are uncomfortable leaving anything half-closed.
Composure. You stay clear and kind in difficult conversations, and you can tell a resident something they do not want to hear without losing their trust.
Cultural fluency. Our residents come from dozens of countries. You read people, not just messages, and you adjust without being told.
Organisation under volume. Many open cases, one standard. You keep every thread moving without losing quality.
Administrative discipline. Clean records, clear follow-up, and a working day that is planned rather than reactive.
Compound experience. Having worked within residential compounds in the Kingdom is a strong advantage.
Language. Native or fully fluent English, written and spoken. Arabic is an advantage.
This role is part desk, part field. You will visit our communities every week, and you will cover evenings and weekends on a planned rota when residents need us most, with time balanced within the week.
Apply only if that rhythm fits the way you want to work.
You will own something real: the way residents experience living with us. You will work inside a team that treats resident experience as the product, with clear standards, clear ownership, and room to grow.
Advancement here is built on documented achievement, not seniority and not time served.
Location: Riyadh, on-site.
Employment Type: Full-time.
