• You read your numbers and act on them within the week.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English is required; copy is a large part of this role.

The Role

Most people meet Satel on a screen before they ever meet us in person. This role decides what they meet.

The Social Media Manager owns Satel’s presence across every platform: what we say, how we say it, and what it achieves.

What You Own

• Platform strategy. The role of each channel, the audience it serves, and the rhythm it runs on.
• The editorial calendar. Planned ahead, approved by you, and nothing published outside it.
• Creative direction. You brief and review the work of the Content Creator and our in-house photographer, and nothing leaves without meeting your standard.
• Community management. A defined standard for every comment and message, with genuine enquiries passed to our leasing team the same day.
• Brand guardianship. Partners and influencers appear on our channels on terms you have approved.
• Performance. Reach, engagement, and the enquiries your channels generate, reported monthly with what you changed as a result.

What We Are Looking For

Community moments happen in the evenings and at weekends, and online conversations keep their own hours. You will be present at key events and responsive when the brand needs you, with time balanced within the week.
