Satel is seeking a Resident Relations Specialist to own the resident journey from handover to renewal. You will coordinate maintenance, housekeeping, and leasing, ensuring every interaction is logged and followed through personally.

Regular weekly visits and on-site responsibilities require composure, cultural fluency, and the ability to manage multiple cases with clear, proactive follow-up. English fluency is essential; Arabic is a plus.

• Client-facing excellence, proven in hospitality or residential settings.
• Ownership of cases from first contact to resolution.
• Composure in difficult conversations while maintaining trust.
• Cultural fluency across many nationalities.
• Organisational discipline for many open cases and clear follow-up.
• Clean records and proactive daily planning.
• Experience in residential compounds is a strong advantage.
• Fluent English; Arabic is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Own each resident case from handover to closure with clear next steps and dates.
• Coordinate maintenance, housekeeping, and leasing to close the loop with residents.
• Identify early signals of disengagement and act before vacate notices.
• Conduct weekly visits to communities to assess conditions first-hand.
• Log every conversation and action on the same day it happens.
• Support renewal conversations by ensuring residents feel well looked after.
