Job summary

Calo Inc. is seeking an Accommodation Supervisor to oversee staff housing operations in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role requires hands-on management, coordination with vendors, and ensuring a comfortable living environment for employees.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in staff accommodation or facilities management.
• Ability to communicate in English and Hindi; basic Arabic.
• Willingness to reside in staff accommodation.
• Must be currently based in KSA.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of staff accommodation and ensure everything runs smoothly.
• Manage room allocations, occupancy, and staff housing requirements.
• Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and general upkeep of the accommodation.
• Ensure Wi-Fi, utilities, and other accommodation facilities are functioning properly.
• Arrange and monitor staff transportation to ensure employees' transportation needs are met.
• Coordinate with vendors, maintenance teams, and service providers to resolve operational issues.
• Address employee concerns and resolve issues related to accommodation and transportation.
• Conduct regular accommodation inspections to ensure facilities are maintained and any issues are addressed promptly.
• Monitor accommodation requirements and ensure essential services are available to staff.
• Respond to urgent accommodation-related issues and provide on-site support when required.
• Reside in the staff accommodation to ensure effective on-site supervision and timely assistance to employees.
