Job summary

CORE Life in Riyadh seeks a dedicated Guest Relations professional to welcome members, manage reservations, and host duties with CRM and booking systems. You will ensure a smooth, high-standard member experience and support the team in delivering the company vision.

Responsibilities include recording member interactions, addressing needs, collecting feedback, and resolving issues promptly while maintaining confidentiality of data. Saudi nationals only, with flexible hours requested.

Qualifications

• University Diploma or Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum of 4 years experience in guest service or customer care in fitness or wellness (hospitality).
• Available to work flexible hours.
• Saudi Nationals Only.

Responsibilities

• Greet and serve members professionally, ensuring consistent, exceptional service.
• Keep records of member interactions, process accounts, and file documents.
• Identify members' needs to achieve satisfaction and engage in problem solving.
• Capture feedback, log inquiries and actions, and ensure timely resolutions.
• Engage in marketing and community activities to promote brand awareness.
• Maintain confidentiality of membership data and support the member journey.
