Signature Network is seeking an After Sales Customer Representative (Real Estate) to manage post-purchase journeys for B2C clients in a fully remote role. You will be the primary contact for buyers in Riyadh, Jeddah, Makkah, or Madinah, coordinating payments, paperwork, and handover steps with care and accuracy.

• Fluency in Arabic, English, and French (written and spoken) mandatory.
• Proven experience in Customer Service, After-Sales Support, or Account Management.
• Knowledge of Saudi real estate purchase processes for Riyadh, Jeddah, Makkah, Madinah.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the dedicated post-purchase contact for B2C clients, guiding them through ownership steps.
• Monitor and manage payment schedules, deposits, installments, and reminders to avoid defaults.
• Guide clients through paperwork for property transfer and registration in Saudi Arabia.
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate internal teams and provide regular status updates.
