Responsibilities

• Oversee daily reservations operations: manage room inventory, group blocks, cut-off dates, rate restrictions, occupancy strategies, and system usage.
• Maximize occupancy and revenue: review and adjust rate strategies, occupancy levels, and promotions to hit revenue targets.
• Collaborate with sales and events: coordinate group bookings, corporate rates, and events to maximize revenue.
• Manage third-party channels: negotiate rates, maintain relationships, and ensure proper reservation procedures with booking sites and agents.
