Job summary

Hilton in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Conference and Events Sales Manager to lead sales initiatives for meetings, conferences, and banqueting. You will support revenue growth, maintain pricing integrity, and align processes with brand standards across channels.

You will collaborate with HR and commercial leaders to onboard and train Revenue, Reservations, and Conference & Events teams, ensuring flawless event execution and strong client satisfaction throughout the planning cycle.

Qualifications

• Minimum experience in conference and events sales or hospitality sales.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple departments and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Support revenue growth: Assist the Groups, Conference and Events Sales Manager in driving conference and banqueting revenue and profit through proactive selling, calendar management, and pricing strategy
• Ensure sales process excellence: Uphold high standards across all conference and events sales processes, including accurate quoting and consistent vendor pricing across channels
• Coordinate onboarding: Partner with HR and commercial leaders to ensure appropriate delivery of onboarding and training plans for Revenue, Reservations, and Conference & Events teams
• Support client satisfaction and event success: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client expectations are understood and met throughout the planning process, contributing to a seamless event experience
• Ensure compliance: Maintain internal controls to ensure all sales processes align with Hilton standards, hotel brand guidelines, and operational policies
• Promote the hotel: Support and participate in promotional initiatives to increase visibility and attract new business opportunities
