Job summary

Role Description The Reservations Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based at M Hotel Makkah By Millennium in Makkah, Saudi Arabia. The Reservations Manager oversees daily reservation operations, including managing room availability, monitoring booking channels, and ensuring accurate input of reservation details into the system. This role coordinates with front office, sales, and revenue management teams to optimize occupancy, rates, and guest satisfaction. The Reservations Manager responds to reservation inquiries, modifies bookings, handles group and corporate reservations, and resolves guest issues in a timely and professional manner. The role also involves preparing reservation reports, tracking performance indicators, implementing standard operating procedures, and supporting the training and mentoring of reservations team members to maintain high service standards.

• Candidates should possess strong reservations and booking management skills, including experience with hotel reservation systems and channel managers.
• Candidates should possess excellent customer service skills, with a focus on guest satisfaction, problem-solving, and service recovery.

• Relevant experience in hotel reservations or front office operations, ideally in upscale or large properties.
• Strong organizational, time management, and attention-to-detail capabilities, with proficiency in basic office software.
• Ability to work on-site in Makkah, Saudi Arabia, with flexibility to cover peak periods, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Familiarity with revenue management principles and knowledge of local and international guest segments is an advantage.
