Millennium Hotels & Resorts MEA in Saudi Arabia is seeking an Assistant Reservations Manager to support the Reservations Manager in overseeing the hotel's reservations department and ensuring efficient booking operations.

You will supervise reservations staff, optimize room revenue, monitor inventory across channels, and collaborate with sales and marketing to drive revenue. The role includes training, reporting, and adherence to EH&S policies.

Responsibilities

• Assist in supervising and leading the reservations team.
• Support the implementation of reservation strategies to optimize room revenue.
• Monitor and manage room inventory and availability across distribution channels.
• Ensure accurate and efficient booking processes for guests and travel partners.
• Collaborate with the Reservations Manager, sales, and marketing teams to drive room reservations and revenue.
• Utilize reservation management software and tools to manage bookings.
• Analyze booking trends, occupancy, and revenue reports to assist in decision-making.
• Train and mentor the reservations team in providing excellent customer service.
• Address reservation-related inquiries and concerns from guests and travel partners.
• Assist in managing group reservations and negotiating group rates when necessary.
• Support in preparing and presenting reservation reports and performance metrics.
• Participate in budgeting and financial planning related to room revenue.
• Operate in a safe and environmentally friendly manner to safeguard the health and safety of guests and colleagues, as well as contribute to environmental conservation.
• Adhere to the company’s environmental, health, and safety procedures and policies.
