Responsibilities

• Oversee daily reservations operations: manage room inventory, availability, group blocks, cut-off dates and system usage.
• Maximize occupancy and revenue by reviewing rate strategies, occupancy levels, and promotions.
• Collaborate with Sales and Events to manage group bookings, corporate rates and events for revenue optimization.
• Manage third-party channels: negotiate rates, maintain relationships and ensure proper reservation procedures.
• Generate reports and forecasts: monitor occupancy, revenue and forecasting data to support planning.
• Inspire and develop the team: supervise staff, provide coaching, and promote a positive work environment.
