Job summary

Holiday Inn Riyadh Rose Yard is seeking a Reservations Supervisor to lead the Reservations team on site. The role focuses on accurate reservations processing, inventory optimization, and collaboration with Revenue Management to maximize occupancy and revenue.

Responsibilities include overseeing multi-channel bookings, group reservations, and VIP requests, with data accuracy in Opera PMS and compliance with IHG standards.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• 2–4 years in Reservations or Front Office with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Proficient in Opera PMS, IHG Concerto, and hotel reservation systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of Reservations Department.
• Monitor room inventory, availability, and reservation status to maximise occupancy and revenue.
• Coordinate with Revenue Management to implement pricing strategies, restrictions, and inventory controls.
• Review and manage reservations from all booking channels, including IHG systems, OTAs, travel agents, and corporate accounts.
• Handle group reservations, rooming lists, and special requests with Sales and Events teams.
• Ensure reservation details, guest profiles, and billing instructions are entered into Opera PMS.
• Monitor confirmations, amendments, cancellations, and no-shows per hotel policies.
• Respond to reservation inquiries maintaining high service standards.
• Supervise and coach Reservations Agents with guidance and training.
• Review daily pickup, forecast reports, and reservation activity for trends and opportunities.
• Coordinate with Front Office for smooth arrivals and VIP handling.
• Assist in resolving reservation-related guest concerns and service recovery.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reservation reports for management.
• Ensure compliance with IHG reservation standards and hotel policies.
