Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited university.
• Minimum 5 years in technical sales with 3 years in rotating equipment (gas/steam turbines, compressors, etc).
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Interpersonal and leadership abilities.
• Ability to analyze problems and lead programs/projects.

Responsibilities

• Originating sales by positioning Baker Hughes technology and identifying the best technical and commercial upgrade solution for brownfield projects.
• Promoting the business value proposition of Baker Hughes technology.
• Collaborating with regional sales, account sales, commercial and technical staff.
• Handling products and systems through rotating machinery and related environments.
• Managing complex sales processes requiring multiple stakeholders.
• Cooperating with technical colleagues to answer customer requests.
• Handling Saudi Arabia and Bahrain.
