Job summary

Baker Hughes is seeking a Sales Advisor - Technical Sales to drive growth in the rotating equipment segment across Saudi Arabia and Bahrain. You will originate sales, position technology upgrades, and collaborate with global and regional teams to deliver compelling proposals.

The role requires a minimum of 5 years in technical sales with 3 years in rotating equipment, plus strong communication and leadership skills. A flexible approach to work arrangements is offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of technical sales experience with 3 years in rotating equipment (gas and steam turbines, compressors).
• Strong written and verbal communication and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Originate sales by positioning Baker Hughes technology and identifying the best upgrade solution for brownfield projects.
• Promote the value proposition of Baker Hughes technology.
• Collaborate with regional sales, DTI, and technical proposal staff to craft proposals.
• Manage complex sales processes with multiple stakeholders, including key clients in KSA and Bahrain.
• Provide technical guidance on rotating equipment and market conditions.
