Qualifications

• Engineering Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
• 5+ years in technical sales with 3+ years in rotating equipment (gas/steam turbines, compressors).
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities.
• Ability to analyze and resolve problems.
• Ability to lead programs/projects and document/plan/execute programs.

Responsibilities

• Originate sales by positioning Baker Hughes technology and identifying optimal upgrade solutions for brownfield projects.
• Promote the business value proposition of Baker Hughes technology.
• Collaborate with DTI, regional sales, account sales, and proposal teams to win deals.
• Handle products and systems through rotating machinery and control systems expertise.
• Manage complex sales processes involving multiple stakeholders internal and client-side.
• Maintain relationships with important clients for the product line.
• Coordinate with technical colleagues to respond to customer requests and assess local conditions.
