Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Performance Marketing Lead (User Acquisition) based in Saudi Arabia to drive user growth across Meta, Google, TikTok, and AppLovin.

You will own large-scale paid campaigns, optimize CAC/ROAS, and guide budgeting decisions while collaborating with creative and marketing teams to test concepts and improve conversion performance across multiple international markets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of performance marketing or user acquisition experience.
• Hands-on experience planning managing paid campaigns on Meta, Google, TikTok, AppLovin.
• Ability to manage large advertising budgets and scale campaigns while meeting CAC/ROAS targets.
• Strong understanding of CAC, ROAS, LTV, attribution models, and payback periods.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid user acquisition across Meta, Google, TikTok, AppLovin.
• Manage and allocate large advertising budgets guided by CAC, ROAS and LTV metrics.
• Monitor campaigns, funnels, and cohorts to improve efficiency and profitability.
• Design experiments on audiences, bidding, landing pages, and creatives to boost conversions.
