Job summary

Jobgether in Saudi Arabia is seeking a creative Video Editor for performance ads across Meta, TikTok, Google, and YouTube. You will transform briefs and product assets into high-converting ads, blending traditional editing with AI-driven content.

Expect to work on UGC and AI-generated formats, testing hooks and optimizing campaigns based on performance data. You will collaborate with the creative lead, manage rapid iteration cycles, and contribute to seasonal events.

Qualifications

• 2+ years editing direct-response video ads for e-commerce or DTC brands.
• Portfolio with live advertisements; links required.

Responsibilities

• Transform briefs and assets into conversion-focused video ads.
• Produce a weekly volume of original ad concepts and hooks.
• Edit and optimize UGC, creator footage and product videos.
• Create AI-generated ads, including synthetic voices and scenes.
• Combine traditional editing with AI workflows for high-quality content.
• Develop and test multiple formats (problem-solution, testimonials, unboxing).
• Apply performance marketing insights to hooks, captions, and CTAs.
• Monitor metrics like hook rate, CTR, CPA, ROAS; optimize accordingly.
• Stay updated on trends across TikTok and Meta advertising ecosystems.
• Collaborate on internal AI tools to improve output quality.
