Job summary

Gathern seeks a senior performance marketing professional to develop and optimize campaigns across Snapchat, TikTok, Meta, Google App Campaigns, and mobile programmatic partners. You will manage budgets, drive acquisition and in-app conversions for iOS and Android, with geo-strategy across KSA and the Gulf region, and run structured A/B tests to scale actions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience, including app install and in-app campaigns.
• Proven experience scaling spend on Snapchat, TikTok, Meta, and Google App Campaigns in the Saudi or GCC market.
• Strong experience with MMPs (Kochava, Branch, or Adjust), SKAdNetwork attribution, and iOS privacy constraints.
• Strong analytical skills with funnel/cohort analysis; SQL/BI tools are a plus.
• Fluent English; Arabic is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute paid marketing campaigns across channels.
• Analyze campaign performance and implement optimization strategies.
• Manage budgets and ensure campaigns deliver ROI.
• Plan, build, and manage campaigns across Snapchat, TikTok, Meta, Google App Campaigns, and mobile programmatic partners.
• Run acquisition, conversion, and retargeting campaigns across iOS and Android with geo-level strategies for KSA & other Gulf countries.
• Design and run structured A/B tests and scale actions based on results.
• Work with MMPs, product, and data platforms to ensure clean tracking and high-quality events.
• Manage SKAdNetwork campaigns and support conversion value mapping on iOS.
• Build and activate audiences with CRM teams, including suppression lists and high-intent cohorts.
• Brief the creative team on weekly sprints on performance insights.
• Produce weekly and monthly performance reports with insights and next actions.
• Coordinate with platform account managers and ad-tech vendors on betas and IO requirements.
