Job summary

Check Point Software in Riyadh region invites a seasoned Manager Security Engineering to lead a dynamic Sales Engineer team focused on promoting Check Point solutions, presales excellence, and revenue growth across industries.

You will mentor engineers, shape sales strategies, and manage critical customer and partner relationships while tracking performance and driving continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales or a related field (MBA is a plus)
• Ability to lead in a dynamic cybersecurity environment and manage presales teams
• Proven leadership in sales and account acquisition
• Strong talent management, coaching and supervision skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Deep knowledge of IT security products, cloud and SASE
• Business acumen and process orientation
• Experience in customer and partner relationship management and business development
• Fluent English and Arabic
• Willingness to travel
• Remote work option with regular office visits on demand

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, coach and motivate a team of IT security engineers
• Develop and implement technical strategies to drive revenue growth
• Build and maintain strong relationships with sales reps, customers and partners
• Track and present team performance metrics to the SE Director
• Provide ongoing training and development to the team
• Collaborate on strategic account planning and MEDDPICC
