Job summary

Kaspersky is looking for a Presales Engineer in the Riyadh Region, Saudi Arabia, to provide pre-sales technical support to customers by identifying their requirements and designing viable solutions from Kaspersky’s product portfolio.

The role involves collaborating with the sales team and partners to effectively communicate Kaspersky's expertise and products, while providing technical support and conducting training sessions. The successful candidate will need a strong background in cyber security presales management.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in cyber security presales management or 5 years in cyber security technical positions.
• Deep proven knowledge of security technologies including EP, EDR, Anti-APT, and Threat Intelligence.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Provide pre-sales technical support to customers and identify their requirements.
• Establish and drive the Strategic Technology Plan aligned with customer priorities.
• Present KL brand and products at conferences and events.
• Provide coaching and professional development to technical teams of partners.
