Responsibilities

• Own paid acquisition across Google and Meta from audience research to reporting.
• Scale Google Ads >$100k/month and build Meta from scratch.
• Develop AI-powered research, creatives, and reporting workflows.
• Collaborate with senior leadership on strategy and testing.
• Monitor budgets, ROAS, and profitability with data-driven decisions.
• Coordinate with freelancers/agencies as needed.
