Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking a Performance & Growth Marketer based in Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on moving beyond traditional media buying to connect paid advertising with business outcomes and financial metrics.

You will own acquisition strategies, experimentation, and budget allocation across major platforms for DTC/eCommerce brands. You will work with growth strategists, creative teams, and senior stakeholders to forecast, analyze CAC/LTV/MER/ROAS, and contribute to full-funnel optimization.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on paid media experience with product-based DTC/eCommerce brands.
• Experience managing campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads.
• Strong commercial acumen including CAC, LTV, MER, ROAS and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok.
• Develop structured testing across channels, creatives, audiences, offers, and funnels.
• Manage large paid media budgets with data-driven investment decisions.
• Analyze CAC, LTV, MER, ROAS, and payback periods to improve profitability.
• Translate data into strategic recommendations for founders and senior stakeholders.
• Collaborate with CRO, creatives, and growth teams to improve the customer journey.
