Jobgether SRL seeks a results-driven PPC Specialist to manage paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and social platforms from a remote hub. You will plan, execute, and optimize campaigns to drive qualified traffic and leads, while monitoring budgets and performance with analytics tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 3 years of hands-on PPC and paid media campaign experience.
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads across search, display, and remarketing.
• Experience with Google Analytics, tag management, conversion tracking, and campaign measurement.
• Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Define campaign objectives, KPIs, audience targeting, budgets, and bidding strategies.
• Build and manage campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and social platforms.
• Create and test ad copy, organize structures, and optimize messaging for conversions.
• Monitor performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS) and adjust bids and budgets.
• Collaborate with content, design, and analytics teams to improve landing pages and journeys.
• Implement accurate conversion tracking, UTM parameters, pixels, and tag mgmt.
