Job summary

RecruitMe Plus is seeking an experienced Director of E-commerce & Marketing in Riyadh to drive an integrated, commercially focused marketing and digital commerce function for a consumer goods business.

You will lead brand leadership with direct accountability for e-commerce growth, digital performance, CRM and loyalty, content, partnerships and measurable marketing effectiveness, while strengthening regional capabilities and market expansion.

Qualifications

• 10-15+ years of experience across marketing, e-commerce and digital.
• Minimum 5 years in a senior leadership role with team and budget responsibility.
• Strong preference for consumer goods or premium consumer brands.
• Hands-on CRM, lifecycle management and loyalty experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the overall e-commerce strategy and roadmap, with revenue growth responsibility.
• Lead brand campaigns, product launches and cross-channel go-to-market plans.
• Drive paid, organic, SEO/SEM and performance marketing for growth.
• Build CRM, loyalty programs and customer lifecycle initiatives.
• Strengthen digital capabilities and link marketing to commercial outcomes.
• Manage agencies and internal teams with disciplined execution.
