Responsabilités

• Define and execute the B2C growth strategy across channels and markets.
• Lead multichannel acquisition, optimize CPL/CAC and payback.
• Grow mobile app usage and migrate web users to app.
• Own activation, conversion, retention, reactivation, and LTV.
• Design rapid experiments with measurable conclusions.
• Lead paid media specialists and raise execution standards.
• Collaborate with Product and Marketing to improve conversions.
• Prepare growth for international scaling with strategy and infrastructure.
• Develop AI-powered workflows for repeatable growth programs.
