Career Land Center, LLC is seeking an experienced recruiter who understands the GCC market and can close placements in beauty and hospitality across Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, UAE, and Oman. This is a commission-based independent contractor role with flexible hours and no cap on earnings; you will manage candidate pipelines, headhunt when needed, and coordinate with employers from a remote location.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience, with Middle East employers in beauty, spa, or hospitality.
• Deep understanding of GCC hiring practices, visas, sponsorship, and salary norms.
• Comfort using a CRM and learning new systems quickly.
• Experience sourcing candidates from diverse regions; strong English or other language skills.
• Results-driven with a track record of closing positions.

Responsabilidades

• Screen, qualify, and prepare candidates for GCC beauty and hospitality vacancies.
• Owner of candidate pipelines from engagement to placement, with no backlogs.
• Headhunt new candidates via job boards, social platforms, and your network.
• Assess experience, English level, relocation willingness, and portfolio validity.
• Collect updated materials; conduct short video calls when needed.
• Explain relocation terms, contracts, and timelines honestly.
• Maintain daily activity reports and participate in weekly team check-ins.
