Career Land Center, LLC is seeking an experienced recruiter for the GCC beauty and hospitality markets. This fully remote role is commission-based with no cap on earnings, and you will own vacancies from sourcing to closure.

You will screen, qualify, and prepare candidates, re-engage those in our CRM, headhunt for hard-to-fill roles, and manage relocation discussions with clients and candidates.

Qualifikationen

• At least 2 years of recruitment experience placing candidates with Middle East employers in beauty, spa, or hospitality.
• Solid understanding of GCC hiring: visa/sponsorship basics, nationality restrictions, typical salary packages.
• Comfort using a CRM and learning new systems quickly.
• Experience sourcing from regions like Eastern Europe, Central Asia, North Africa, South Africa, or Southeast Asia.
• Strong written and spoken English is a plus.
• Results-driven mindset; ability to close positions.

Aufgaben

• Search CRM for suitable candidates, re-engage them, and keep records up to date.
• Head hunt new candidates via job boards, social media, WhatsApp and Telegram groups, and your network.
• Contact candidates by WhatsApp, assess experience, English level, and relocation interest.
• Check portfolios and work samples to confirm fit.
• Collect updated resumes and samples, and run short video calls when needed.
• Determine salary expectations and minimum acceptable salary before submission.
• Explain relocation process, contract terms, and timelines truthfully.
• Keep candidates engaged through interviews, offers, and visa processing.
• Maintain daily status updates with the hiring manager and participate in weekly team check-ins.
