Job summary

You will manage candidate pipelines in the GCC, using our CRM, and headhunt in markets like Eastern Europe, Central Asia, and more. Expect flexible hours and a results-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruitment experience in the Middle East, especially beauty, spa, or hospitality.
• Strong understanding of GCC hiring, visas, sponsorships, and salary norms.
• Proven CRM usage and ability to learn new systems quickly.

Responsibilities

• Search the CRM for suitable candidates and re-engage them.
• Headhunt new candidates via job boards, social media, WhatsApp and Telegram groups.
• Contact candidates by WhatsApp and assess experience, English level, and relocation interest.
• Check portfolios and work samples to verify fit for roles.
• Collect updated photos, CVs, and self-intros; conduct short video calls.
• Determine salary expectations and minimums before submission.
• Explain relocation, contract terms, and timelines honestly.
• Keep candidates engaged through interviews, offers, and visa processing.
• Maintain daily status reports and join weekly team check-ins.
