Job summary

Signature Marketing Concepts is seeking an After-Sales Customer Representative for its fast-growing Saudi-focused real estate advisory practice. This fully remote role serves B2C clients across Riyadh, Jeddah, and other cities, guiding buyers through timelines, documentation, and payments with a focus on accuracy and client care.

You will coordinate with finance, legal, and sales teams, support Arabic, English, and French speakers, and maintain CRM records while handling inquiries, reminders,

Qualifications

• Fluency in Arabic, English and French is mandatory.
• Proven experience in Customer Service, After-Sales Support, or Account Management.
• Familiarity with Saudi Real Estate purchasing processes is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the dedicated post-purchase contact for B2C clients in Saudi cities.
• Manage payment schedules, deposits, installments, and reminders to prevent defaults.
• Coordinate with finance, legal, and sales to ensure correct contracts and records.
• Guide clients through Saudi paperwork portals (Ejar, Real Estate Registry, MOH).
• Maintain CRM records and provide regular status updates to clients.
