Job summary

Qualifications

• 1–3 years relevant experience in a Real Estate Development Company.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with CRM programs and social media platforms.
• Excellent reading, analysis and written communication in Arabic & English.

Responsibilities

• Implement CRM strategy and work plans to attract new customers and satisfy existing ones while driving growth in target segments.
• Respond professionally to customer inquiries via the sales hotline and classify needs to assist the sales process.
• Address and resolve customer complaints from the sales department.
• Use professional service methods to communicate with customers across channels.
