Wikilabs India is seeking a seasoned Sales Manager to lead our used construction and mining equipment business across the Middle East. The role requires a strong regional sales track record and leadership of high-performing teams.

The candidate will drive market expansion, manage dealer networks, and develop strategic partnerships across GCC, Africa, LATAM, and surrounding markets, with travel and Arabic language ability preferred.

Formación

• 10+ years of exp in Middle East/ GCC/Africa/LATAM equipment sales.
• Strong GCC network
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Willingness to travel
• Arabic language ability preferred

Responsabilidades

• Sales & Business Development: Drive sales of used construction and mining equipment across the Middle East through direct sales, dealer networks, and strategic partnerships.
• Market Expansion: Identify new business opportunities, emerging markets, and customer segments within the region.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with contractors, mining firms, traders, and fleet owners.
• Team Building & Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team.
• Travel & Customer Engagement: Willing to travel extensively across the region to meet customers and attend exhibitions.
• Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activity, pricing trends, and industry developments.
• Reporting & Forecasting: Provide accurate sales forecasts and market feedback to senior management.
