Qualifications

• 10-12 years of progressive experience in retail operations, with at least 5 years in a regional leadership role.
• Proven success in driving store performance, operational efficiency, and exceeding KPI targets for stores.
• Strong experience in managing multiple store locations, team leadership, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Expertise in market analysis, site selection, and implementing strategies for new store openings and refurbishments.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and profitability across stores with KPI targets and cost control.
• Lead Area Managers and Store Managers to maximize productivity and customer experience.
• Oversee inventory management, stock security, and loss prevention in stores.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs, policies, and visual merchandising standards.
• Coordinate store design and project management for new openings and refurbishments.
• Provide training and development to staff, conduct performance reviews.
• Lead regional sales and operations meetings and communicate performance to senior management.
• Support brand visibility and marketing initiatives.
