Job summary

Stryker is seeking an Operations Manager for the KSA & UAE markets, based in Riyadh or Dubai. You will lead the regional operations strategy, from warehousing and logistics to customer service, while guiding cross-functional teams to deliver efficient, compliant operations across multiple markets.

The role requires 5 years in similar responsibilities, 3 years of people management, and English fluency; Arabic is a plus.

Qualifications

Degree in Business or Logistics (or equivalent).
5 years of experience in a similar role combining logistics/warehouse management and customer-facing responsibilities.
3 years of people management experience.
Experience in a multinational company with complex organization.
Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus; Lean/Excellence/Six Sigma exposure is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement operations strategy for assigned markets (KSA & UAE).
Manage operational activities and talent development across functions.
Identify and implement process improvements and sustain breakthrough solutions.
Direct projects aligned with customer and market needs.
Build and maintain cross-functional relationships to leverage regional opportunities.
Lead or participate in cross-functional projects and M&A integrations.
Ensure compliance with SOX, FCPA, and other policies.
