Job summary

Stryker invites applications for a Territory Manager to drive Joint Replacement sales in the Central Region of Saudi Arabia. You will build relationships with hospitals and surgeons, coordinate product demonstrations, and align with regional targets to grow market share.

The role requires 3+ years in sales, preferably in orthopaedics, and knowledge of medical devices and regulatory environments. Travel and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, medical or related.
• 3+ years of sales experience; higher education preferred.
• Experience in orthopaedics and knowledge of medical device environment.
• Knowledge of medical device regulations.

Responsibilities

• Establish and develop relationships with current and potential customers.
• Track trends, competitors, and regulations in area; report to manager.
• Meet regional sales targets and prepare sales reports.
• Plan and report customer visits and product demos.
• Evaluate RFPs and prepare materials per customer needs.
• Inform customers about purchasing methods and coordinate with tender department.
• Track delivery dates and inform customers.
• Deliver and install materials; provide post-sale training.
• Assist with invoicing and collections with Finance.
• Relay customer feedback to QA and management.
• Prepare congress/demo materials and ensure proper storage.
• Coordinate with marketing and provide scientific support requests.
• Support logistics team when needed.
