Stryker Corporation seeks a Regional Legal Counsel for the MENA region, based in Riyadh with hybrid or onsite work flexibility. You will partner with leadership across functions to shape legal strategy and ensure compliant business operations.

You will draft, review and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, supervise external counsel, and monitor regulatory developments across the region. English and Arabic fluency is required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Law.
• Qualified lawyer admitted to practice law in a recognized jurisdiction.
• 10+ years of post-qualification experience in MENA with local law knowledge.
• Experience in multinational environments or top law firms.
• Fluency in English and Arabic, written and spoken.

Responsabilités

• Provide practical, solution-oriented legal advice to Stryker MENA businesses and stakeholders.
• Lead as a member of the MENA Leadership Team for strategic initiatives.
• Draft, review, negotiate, and advise on commercial agreements, tenders, and contracts.
• Manage external counsel and budgets across the MENA region.
• Monitor regulatory developments and ensure policy alignment.
