Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-2 years in Marketing, Sales, or admin role with vendor management, financial reporting and PO processing.
• Proficiency in MS Office and financial reporting tools.
• Knowledge of SAP, BW, IBP and financial planning is a plus.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end event planning, approvals, execution and reconciliation.
• Arrange travel, accommodation and visas for BI events.
• Assist in purchasing, payment processes and financial reporting for activities.
• Monitor budgets, track expenses and process POs for transparency.
• Liaise with vendors for production, supply and distribution of materials.
