Boehringer Ingelheim in Riyadh seeks a Sales & Marketing Coordinator to support Marketing, Sales and Market Access teams. You will manage events, travel, and promotional materials while ensuring policy compliance and accurate financial reporting.

You will join a 12-month fixed-term program through a third-party partner, report to the Head of Business Unit, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and cost control.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–2 years in Marketing, Sales, or administrative role with vendor management, financial reporting and PO processing.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word and financial reporting tools.
• Knowledge of SAP, BW, IBP and financial planning is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Manage end-to-end event planning, documentation, approvals, execution and reconciliation in line with policies.
• Coordinate travel, accommodation, and visa requirements for BI events.
• Facilitate purchasing, payment processes and financial reporting for activities.
• Monitor budgets, process POs and provide transparent cost reporting.
• Liaise with suppliers for promotional materials; oversee inventory and stock levels.
• Ensure SOP adherence and drive process improvements to save costs.
