Job summary

Boston Consulting Group is seeking a Middle East IT Service Manager to lead regional IT service delivery across Dubai, Riyadh, and neighboring offices. You will own operations end to end, govern vendors, and drive automation and AI-enabled support to improve service and resilience for the business.

The role requires strong leadership, collaboration with senior stakeholders, and a focus on data-driven decision making. Travel across Middle East offices is expected as needed.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years in IT Service Management, Digital Workplace, or End-User Computing leadership.
• Proven experience running multi-site or regional service delivery across geographically dispersed teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage regional IT service delivery end to end across Middle East offices.
• Capacitate & financially manage regional IT resources and cost-to-serve.
• Drive automation and AI-enabled support within local workflows.
• Govern vendors and contracts with discipline.
