Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in IT or Computer Science.
10–15 years in Technology Services delivery.
Healthcare/pharma experience is a strong advantage.
ITIL Foundation v4 certification is a differentiating qualification.

Responsibilities

Coordinate local deployment of global technology projects and services.
Partner with Tech Enterprise Delivery to plan and align initiatives for the Greater Gulf.
Oversee on-site support operations and local vendor performance.
Drive automation, self-help capabilities and AI-enabled user enablement.
Lead technology incident escalation and improve SLAs across the region.
Manage local technology budgets and purchasing for digital equipment.
