Job summary

Boston Consulting Group (BCG) is looking for an IT Consulting professional in Riyadh who can develop and deploy custom Agile training with a focus on digital transformation projects. The ideal candidate will possess a degree in computer science and 3-5 years of relevant experience.

As part of the team, you will help shape the digital strategies of globally leading organizations and enjoy a collaborative culture fostering personal growth and development. Proficiency in English and Arabic is required.

Qualifications

What You’ll Do

• Develop groundbreaking projects by enabling your clients to effectively use agile methods and modern approaches in the context of strategic IT implementation
• Develop and deploy customized training on Agile concepts, values, cultures, behaviors and practices, whilst engaging in hands‑on coaching as our clients work through day‑to‑day problem solving in an Agile fashion
• Shape the digital transformation of globally leading companies while balancing overarching technical solutions and individual client circumstances
• Carve the path for tailored, future‑oriented customer journeys based on precise analysis of the specific situation and with current market developments and trends such as machine learning in mind

What You’ll Bring

• You have a degree in computer science, (business) informatics, or a related discipline
• You have 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in IT Consulting and experience as an Agile Coach, Scrum Master or Product Owner with agile (Client) software development teams delivering Agile capability
• You have a proven track record of orchestrating transition and coaching teams for large and complex Agile programs with the ability to transfer that understanding at all levels of the organisation
• You know exactly what the buzzwords machine learning, cyber resilience, DevOps, agile, AI, and robotics mean
• You enjoy tackling complex digital challenges and are enthusiastic about developing and sharing solutions
• You feel comfortable in interdisciplinary teams and global contexts
• Formal qualifications in on agile or a collection of any of the following industry certifications highly desirable
• Scrum Alliance (CSM / CSPO / CSD/CSP)
• Scrum.org (PSM / PSPO / PSD)
• SAFe (Scaled Agilest / SPC)
• Fluent written and spoken English and Arabic skills
• Willingness to travel to our client locations in the Middle East and beyond
