Job summary

Rawaj-HCM in Saudi Arabia is seeking an Area Sales Manager to drive regional sales targets and lead the sales team within the Riyadh area.

You will identify target markets, develop strategic plans, and nurture relationships with key customers to secure sustainable growth and expand market share.

Fluency in Arabic and English is required, and proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office is expected to support performance tracking and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, including at least 2 years managing sales teams.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and achieve targets.
• Fluency in Arabic and English, both spoken and written.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets within the assigned area.
• Manage and lead the sales team to maximize performance and achieve targets.
• Identify target markets and potential customers to expand the customer base.
• Prepare regular reports on area performance, including sales, opportunities, and challenges.
• Develop relationships with key customers and ensure their continued satisfaction.
• Train and develop team members’ skills in alignment with the company’s objectives.
