Job summary

Noir KSA is seeking a Restaurant Area Manager with upscale, multi-unit experience to oversee operations in the Riyadh region. You will drive financial performance, standardize service quality, and lead Restaurant Managers across venues in the area.

Responsibilities include managing P&L, costs, inventory, and vendor relations while ensuring health and safety compliance and local market promotions. Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a strong advantage.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in upscale or multi-unit hospitality, with 3–5 years in regional/multi-site management (GCC experience preferred).
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field, plus advanced food safety certifications.
• Strong business acumen, multi-unit leadership, and fluent English; Arabic a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Direct multi-unit daily operations to ensure brand standards, service speed, and product quality.
• Manage regional financial performance by monitoring P&L, labor and food costs, and maximizing revenue.
• Lead and mentor Restaurant Managers, conducting regular performance evaluations and leadership development.
• Oversee regional inventory management, vendor relations, and supply chain logistics for cost efficiency.
• Ensure locations comply with local health, safety, labor laws, and regulatory hygiene standards.
• Implement marketing initiatives and localized promotions to drive traffic and customer retention.
• Analyze regional sales data and operational metrics to identify gaps and drive improvements.
