Job summary

Algihaz Holding in Dammam seeks an experienced Accommodation and Building Services Manager to lead the search, leasing, and management of company housing and facilities. You will coordinate with departments to define accommodation requirements and oversee budgets, housekeeping, safety, and utilities.

You will ensure compliance with leases and regulations, supervise reception, and support employee relocations, with a focus on cross-cultural collaboration and clear communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with departments to assess and define accommodation requirements and lead the required properties’ search process, coordinating with requesting departments.
• Identify, evaluate, and negotiate leases for suitable properties based on location, condition, and cost-effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with lease terms, regulatory requirements, and organizational policies; prepare, maintain, and manage documentation for approvals and contracts.
• Coordinate the preparation and readiness of accommodations for tenants, including inspections and preparations.
• Manage accommodations budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial guidelines.
• Oversee housekeeping, maintenance, safety protocols, and security measures for all accommodation facilities.
• Facilitate employee relocations and transfers in accordance with established procedures.
• Coordinate lease handover processes, including inspections, repairs, and utility transfers.
• Manage workspace design, layout changes, and allocation based on needs and efficiency.
• Oversee maintenance requests, preventive maintenance activities, and service contracts.
• Supervise reception services, visitor management, and hospitality arrangements.
• Manage utility services such as electricity, water, and telecommunications, ensuring efficient usage and timely payments.
• Ensure compliance with building regulations, municipality licenses, and civil defense requirements.
• Monitor and address penalties related to facility operations and manage objection processes or penalty payments as required.
