Job summary

BEC Arabia in Makkah is seeking an Accommodation Supervisor to oversee day-to-day employee housing operations within the Logistics Department. You will ensure facilities are safe, clean, and well-maintained and coordinate with vendors for maintenance and services.

You will monitor occupancy, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law, OSHA, and ISO 45001. The role offers growth opportunities in a fast-paced construction environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accommodation management or facilities management.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and compliance requirements for employee housing.
• Proficiency with facility management software and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage a diverse workforce.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and vendor relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of employee accommodations, ensuring safety, cleanliness, and upkeep.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for maintenance and services.
• Monitor occupancy levels and allocate rooms efficiently to meet needs.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law, OSHA, ISO 45001.
• Develop and implement policies for accommodation management to improve efficiency and satisfaction.
• Conduct regular inspections and address maintenance issues promptly.
• Handle employee concerns and grievances related to accommodations.
• Prepare and manage budgets for housing operations.
• Maintain records of occupancy, maintenance, and vendor contracts.
• Collaborate with HR to ensure smooth onboarding and offboarding for accommodated employees.
• Train and supervise on-site housing staff.
• Report to senior management on status and improvement plans.
