Job summary

Alsalimi Company Limited is seeking a highly skilled Facility Manager to oversee operations and maintenance of our properties. You will ensure assets run efficiently, safely, and cost-effectively while maintaining a high service standard and long-term value.

You will lead facility and maintenance teams, manage budgets and vendor performance, and collaborate with project teams on new developments. Strong English/Arabic communication and modern tool proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Engineering preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in facility management or property operations.
• Experience managing multi-floor commercial buildings, large outdoor plazas, and residential properties.
• Strong leadership, budgeting, and vendor management skills.
• Excellent communication in English and Arabic.
• MS Office proficiency; AutoCAD or Odoo experience is an advantage.
• Professional certifications such as FMP or equivalent are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day facility operations, including maintenance, security, cleaning, and landscaping for company properties.
• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure reliability and longevity of assets.
• Identify and resolve operational issues, analyze root causes, and implement cost-effective solutions.
• Lead and develop facility and maintenance teams to deliver high-quality performance.
• Establish clear processes and procedures to standardize maintenance workflows.
• Prepare and manage facility budgets, service contracts, and vendor performance.
• Contribute to studies of operations and running costs for new projects.
• Collaborate with project teams on handovers, fit-outs, and renovations.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
• Promote energy efficiency and sustainability practices across all facilities.
