Job summary

Business Umbrella is seeking two experienced Operations Managers to oversee restaurant and café operations across designated GCC regions. The roles require strong leadership, regional market knowledge, and a track record in F&B operations management.

You will manage daily operations, ensure brand standards and health regulations, recruit and develop local teams, and collaborate with senior management on budgeting, supply chain and regional growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in restaurant/café operations management.
• Proven leadership and people-management skills.
• Track record of improving efficiency and service.
• Strong understanding of GCC regional markets.
• Willing to travel across Bahrain, KSA, UAE, and Oman.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of multiple restaurant and café locations.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards, health regulations, and customer service excellence.
• Manage and support local teams, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation.
• Develop and execute regional strategies to drive profitability and growth.
• Collaborate with senior management on budgeting, supply chain, and marketing initiatives.
