Job summary

BD is seeking a Business Enablement Manager for the PI META unit in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role drives commercial, operational, and execution excellence across the PI portfolio, partnering with commercial, supply chain, finance, and business teams to deliver data-driven insights and better performance.

You will lead Salesforce adoption, pricing optimization, and develop dashboards to monitor key metrics while collaborating with regional teams to ensure alignment and execution across META

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; relevant field preferred.
• Strong experience in business analytics, commercial operations, or planning.
• Proficiency in demand planning, forecasting, inventory, and order fulfillment.

Responsibilities

• Lead Commercial Excellence initiatives including SFDC adoption and sales effectiveness.
• Develop pricing and gross profit optimization tools for commercial decisions.
• Build end-to-end dashboards to track performance and drive actions.
• Coordinate with PI META and regional teams to implement initiatives.
• Drive distributor excellence programs with data management and tools.
• Analyze secondary sales to identify growth opportunities at account and market levels.
• Monitor inventory trends and provide insights to reduce supply risks.
• Collaborate with regional teams to ensure alignment across META markets.
• Partner with supply chain and commercial teams to improve demand planning and forecasting.
• Support end-to-end order management optimization across the region.
• Assist budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning with robust analysis.
• Develop dashboards and reports for business reviews and performance insights.
• Provide forecasting support and collaborate with finance to drive decisions.
• Support product launches and marketing initiatives with analytics.
