Job summary

Clarios is hiring an FP&A Manager for the META region in Riyadh, on-site. You will lead budgeting, forecasting, and regional financial planning, partnering with Sales, Operations, and Supply Chain to drive insights and decisions. You will own reporting, dashboards, and governance during a growth phase.

The role requires 5+ years in FP&A or related finance, with strong modeling, ERP, BI tools such as SAP, OneStream, and Power BI, and fluent English. Up to 25% travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field required.
• 5+ years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, Controlling, or related finance function.
• Experience in multinational, manufacturing, industrial, or automotive environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range planning for the META region.
• Develop financial models to evaluate performance, investments, and growth scenarios.
