Job summary

BD is seeking a Business Enablement Manager for the PI META region. The role drives commercial, operational, and execution excellence, partnering with commercial, supply chain, finance, and business teams to deliver data-driven insights and optimize processes.

Responsibilities include forecasting, budget support, and development of dashboards for business reviews. Strong analytics, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration are essential to deliver revenue growth and improved execution

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a business or related field.
Strong experience in business analytics and commercial operations.
Knowledge of demand planning, forecasting, inventory management, and order fulfillment.
Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in SFDC, SAP, and Power BI.
Proven project management capabilities and cross-functional leadership.

Responsibilities

Lead Commercial Excellence initiatives including SFDC adoption and sales effectiveness.
Develop pricing and gross profit optimization tools for commercial decisions.
Build end-to-end dashboards to monitor performance and plan execution.
Act as liaison between PI META and regional Commercial Excellence teams.
Drive distributor excellence programs using performance tools and data.
